Years ago, I showed up to a large festival event.

I didn’t know they had hired another balloon artist too. 🎈

He was new and unprepared for an event of this size.

He arrived in everyday street clothes. His balloons were mixed together in a gallon zip-top bag. His pump rolled off the table frequently.  Markers and scissors scattered.  No menu. No structure. No system.
