Payments for the Twisterhood are for digital services and goods which you have access to immediately after purchasing, as such, we cannot provide refunds for Twisterhood Membership.  All sales are final as we incur costs to process and ship membership-related welcome gifts to you immediately after payment is made.

Billing - You are enrolling in a yearly membership and you will be automatically charged for your membership once per year, on the same date as your original purchase date, until or unless you cancel your membership.  Your membership may be cancelled at any time in your member dashboard and you may also request to stop automatic payments at any time.  If your payment does not process on your renewal date, you membership will be terminated automatically and you will lose access to your membership portal and any grandfathered pricing benefits you were previously granted by remaining a member.
